Shipping rates are calculated automatically using our shopping cart system. You can receive a free shipping quote automatically by selecting the items you want to order by placing them in your "shopping cart" and then hitting the "shipping quote" button. You are under no obligation to purchase these items and your credit card is not charged when you use this feature.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition with all packing materials and literature within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. (This guarantee does not include closeout items, discontinued items, custom orders or software. Call for details). If the package is returned without the package or in a non resalable condition a 15% plus shipping fees applys. It is the customers responsibility to contact us if the shipment arrives late and to inspect the contents of the order when it does arrive. If there are any problems with the order, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt.
Warranty information and return policy
Our warranty policy varies from 6 months to two years depending on product purchased. If the product becomes inoperable within 30 days of delivery, Planet Headset will pick up shipping charges back to the company for replacement - after the first month, shipping charges are to be the responsibility of the client. We suggest the client use reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment after the 30 day window.

Returns and Repairs

If you need to return a product to us, you must first call us at (253) 238-0643 or send us an email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When you call or e-mail us, please give us the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the nature of the return (changed mind, repair, exchange, replacement, defective, refund, etc.)
- Your contact information (name, address, daytime phone number and e-mail address)
We will give you a unique RMA# that MUST be written on the outside of the package that you send you return in. Packages without RMA numbers on them will be refused and sent back to you. Returns are to be shipped insured to the following address:
